It has come to our attention that some people are experiencing delivery delays. We want you to know that we take this matter very serious. We commit to sending out your orders daily, provided you submit your order online prior to 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. The delivery delays are a result of the recent Canada Post Strike. This issues is out of our hands but we do follow up if you contact us about your “missing order”. We try to provide the highest level of customer service and want to make sure that your order is delivered. The cases we are seeing are rare, but so far all packages have been delivered.
