We just wanted to let everyone know that we are seeing a few shipping delays as of late.

We are working hand in hand with CanPar Couriers to make sure that any delays or errors are quickly reported and taken care of.

In our office, if you order before 1pm, your order is shipped out same day.  Anything received after 1pm is shipped out the next business day. If there was an issue with your order going out on time ~ we would contact you directly, right away.  If you are waiting for your order past the standard delivery time, please feel free to email or call us so that we can take a peek and figure out the tracking situation with your parcel.  Note that delivery is not always ~ Next day.

We are still at the mercy of the courier.  They are doing their best everyday.  There are higher than normal parcels being moved around, there are traffic delays, environmental delays as well as labor issues.  We do want to make sure you get your parcels timely, but sometimes life gets in the way.  CanPar couriers has been our choice for couriers because they have always had the highest success rates with our shipping and have reasonable rates that we are in turn able to pass along to you.
